Age Appropriateness

Due to small parts on markers, it is not recommended for children under 3 years of age to color- but never too young to wear it!

Marker Safety 

All markers, crayons and paints are tested to standards established by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), the Labeling of Hazardous Art Materials Act (LLAMA) and other state and federal agencies as applicable.  Our art supplies are Non Toxic and undergo strict quality controls.  They meet EN71 (parts I, II, III), LHAMA and ASTM-D4236 standards.

Will the markers come off your clothing?

The markers supplied in gift packages are permanent and will not come off if it gets on clothing, but will wash easily off hands.  We recommend that child wears a smock or apron while coloring to protect their clothing.

Care

Wash in cold water, to preserve the vibrant colors of the designs and to keep the nice shape of the item.  We suggest hanging it to dry as well, as hot water and hot air breaks down ALL fabric types.

With markers and paints, please make sure caps are snapped tightly and they will last for many repetitions. 

Do I need to wash the items before we start coloring?

NO - it is not necessary to wash the items before coloring. All products are very high quality and may be washed many times after they are done.

Tips for coloring/painting

Place a firm surface inside your item so that paint does not bleed through to unwanted areas and to give you a nice flat surface to work on.  You can use the chipboard that comes with packaging.

Can I Iron preprinted Siblings Scriblings products?

Do Not iron decoration.  If ironing is necessary, we recommend ironing on back side of shirt, apron, bag etc.

Do we need to iron colored areas in order to make it permanent?

No, the markers will dry quickly and become permanent right away.

Sizing

Most items come true to size.  Due to the snug fit on the maternity top and toddler lettuce edge tee, we would recommend to order 1 size larger

Is it safe to use my credit card for purchases?

Sales Tax

For online orders, a sales tax will only be assessed on packages shipping within the state of New Jersey. 

Shipping

We ship UPS Ground within the 50 states. We also offer 3 Day Select, Second Day Air and Next Day Air.  Charges are calculated at the time of check-out.  These charges apply to orders sent to one address.  We regret that we cannot ship to Post Office boxes.  PLEASE NOTE: choosing an expedited shipping method only speeds up the shipping transit time.

Please be sure that the "Ship To" address entered is accurate and complete to ensure prompt delivery.

Returns/Exchanges

Excellent customer service is very important to us, so our exchange/return policy is fair and simple.  We will return or exchange any gift item (except for holiday specific items) within 30 days of purchase as long as it complete, has not been colored in and does not show any signs of wear or wash.  Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
